Within the City

For my fourth illustration of the imagination of a child, I decided to have my little girl playing with some toy cars within a city made-up of blocks, Legos, boxes, and books.  When I was a child, I used to play with my brother's Legos and try to build cities out of them.  I even also used to play with his toy cars.  Both of those memories became the inspiration for this illustration.

Study Buddy

This is the first comic of the semester where I got to use lettering to help tell the story.  I did all of the lettering and word balloons by hand.  This is also the first comic where I got to use my robot character named Robot.

7 Sins Comic

This comic is based upon the 7 deadly sins.  I decided to have my story take place a library, where the librarian is watching her customers do a variety of different things, that happen to be the 7 sins.

Unlike my past few comics, I decided to use ink wash instead of hatching cross-hatching.  Overall, I like this technique better, and makes the comic more easy to read.
