One Hundred Circles

In my sketchbook this past week, I drew and painted one hundred circles.  Each circle had to be a different color, and I had to make each circle in to a different recognizable image.  These are my top 25 favorites.

This is the last sketchbook update for summer 2013! I have been drawing for the majority of the summer, which has really helped improved my drawing skills.

I went to the Memphis Zoo yesterday to sketch some animals.

More Sketchbook Stuff!

Summer is a little past half-over, and I've been drawing in my sketchbook everyday.  This is some of the spreads from my sketchbook since the last posting.

A few sketches of my cat, Sam.

Drawing on the Fourth of July while waiting for fireworks to shoot off in Leawood, KS.

A tree in my backyard that is splitting in half and is almost ready to be cut down.

And drawing at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.

Sketchbook!

A few more of my sketchbook drawings that I have done since my last post.

Drawing at a KC Royals baseball game:

I recently went on vacation to Branson, Missouri over the weekend.  Even though it was just a vacation, I still managed to make time to sketch some in my sketchbook.
